[Order Management] Why there is an error to reduce the quantities when I wanted to proceed with checkout?

Our appointed third-party courier only allows to accept package with volumetric weight not more than 30 KG per order. Alternatively, you may place another order if you wish to add more quantities of the items.

However, if you purchase using a Business account, there is no limit to add quantities for each products.
